Position 1: TV Planner (Planning Team)
Role Summary:
The TV Planner will support the planning team in scheduling TV shows and aligning inventory with sales objectives. The role focuses on maximizing inventory sell-through for jewelry and lifestyle products through effective planning and coordination with sales and broadcast teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in TV show planning and scheduling in coordination with sales and production teams
- Support inventory planning to ensure optimal availability during live broadcasts
- Analyze sales trends and performance to improve planning efficiency
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of planned shows
- Maintain planning reports and assist in post-show analysis
Eligibility & Qualifications:
- Management Graduate (MBA or equivalent)
- Pass-out year:Â 2024 or 2025
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Good communication and coordination abilities
- Interest in sales-driven environments and TV commerce

Position 2: TV Producer (Broadcast Team)
Role Summary:
The TV Producer will be responsible for managing live TV broadcast operations and coordinating with internal teams to deliver sales-focused shows. This role requires strong coordination skills and a sales-oriented mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and support end-to-end live TV broadcast operations
- Coordinate with sales, planning, merchandising, and technical teams
- Ensure smooth execution of shows as per sales and content plans
- Monitor live broadcast performance and support corrective actions
- Assist in improving show quality and sales effectiveness
Eligibility & Qualifications:
- Management Graduate (MBA or equivalent)
- Pass-out year:Â 2024 or 2025
- Strong sales aptitude and commercial understanding
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, live broadcast environment
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
