The ideal candidate will hold a 2:1 degree or above and demonstrate a genuine interest in research, data analysis, and market mapping. - £30,000 basic salary + bonus

Graduate Recruitment Consultant – The Job Specification:
- Conducting in-depth market research and mapping to identify talent pools, industry trends, and competitor activity
- Analysing data to provide insights on candidate availability, salary benchmarking, and market dynamics
- Building and maintaining strong networks to gather intelligence and track key market movements
- Screening and assessing candidate profiles using structured methods to evaluate suitability against role requirements
- Producing research reports, talent maps, and targeted materials to support hiring strategies
- Delivering evidence-based recommendations that inform client decisions and support long-term workforce planning
Graduate Recruitment Consultant – Candidate Requirements:
- Degree 2.1 or higher from a top University
- Natural communicator
- Success driven
