Key Responsibilities
- Assist residents with personal care, including washing, dressing, and grooming.
- Support residents with daily activities and encourage independence.
- Build meaningful relationships with residents, their families, and the care team.
- Help maintain accurate records of care provided.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to residents.
