Full job description

Responsibilities:
– Oversee the daily operations of the hotel, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning
– Manage and supervise hotel staff, including front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance teams
– Provide exceptional guest service and handle any guest complaints or issues
– Develop and implement strategies to maximize hotel occupancy and revenue
– Monitor and control hotel expenses to ensure profitability
– Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to promote the hotel and attract new guests
– Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and hygiene throughout the hotel
– Ensure compliance with all hotel policies, procedures, and regulations
– Handle human resources functions such as hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations

Requirements:
– Previous experience in a leadership role in the hospitality industry
– Strong supervisory and management skills
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to speak multiple languages is a plus
– Knowledge of hotel operations and guest services
– Familiarity with human resources practices and procedures
– Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
– Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

Pay: £19,000.00-£22,000.00 per year
