Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated Junior Administrative Assistant to join our team. Responsibilities

  • Assist with general administrative tasks, including data entry and filing
  • Manage incoming calls with professional phone etiquette and direct enquiries accordingly
  • Support the preparation of documents, reports, and correspondence using Microsoft Office and MS Teams applications
  • Maintain organised records and ensure accuracy in all data entry activities
  • Schedule appointments, organise meetings, and coordinate calendars for team members
  • Support invoicing, billing, and other clerical duties as required
  • Contribute to maintaining an organised office environment by managing supplies and equipment

Qualifications

  • Previous office or administrative experience is preferred but not essential; training will be provided for the right candidate
  • Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
  • Good typing speed and accuracy for data entry tasks
  • Demonstrated professionalism with good phone etiquette and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
