Job Overview
We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant with strong English skills to support our growing real estate operations. The main focus of this role is managing loan processes for newly purchased properties and handling communication with lenders and investors. Over time, this role will expand into global operations and more property management tasks.

Key Responsibilities
Loan & Lender Coordination
-Handling lender communication for all purchased properties
-Collecting required documents from investors for lenders and attorneys
-Managing utilities setup and shut-off (water, gas, electric)

Property Management & Administrative Tasks
-Email management and CRM updates
-Scheduling calls, inspections, and follow-ups
-General operations and administrative support
-Assisting with U.S. property management tasks as the role expands

Requirements
-Experience in U.S. real estate or property management
-Strong English skills (spoken and written)
-Responsible, organized, and reliable
-Basic understanding of real estate is preferred
-Experience using ———-
-Ability to work Israel and USA time zones
-Comfortable handling communication with lenders, investors, and utility companies
-Willingness to grow into global tasks in the future

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $8.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Work Location: Remote
