We’re looking for a contract Marketing Specialist to help elevate our brand presence, execute ongoing marketing initiatives and ensure our unique voice and tone carry through every touchpoint.
About the role:
The Contract Marketing Specialist will support bink’s ongoing marketing initiatives with a focus on content execution, brand consistency and channel performance.
The ideal candidate is a strategic doer – organized, detail-oriented and equally comfortable drafting a blog post or analyzing campaign metrics.
This is a part-time contract role (up to 15 hours per week) beginning December 1, 2025, and will run for approximately five months. Compensation ranges from $50–$70/hour, based on experience.
This is a fully remote position.
Core responsibilities:
- Manage editorial calendars in collaboration with the CEO to ensure aligned, timely content across all channels
- Draft, edit and publish high-quality marketing content including newsletters, blog posts, LinkedIn articles and contributed content
- Repurpose and tailor content for different platforms while maintaining consistency in voice and message
- Review and refine the brand guide to ensure clarity, consistency and relevance
- Apply GEO optimization to all content to align with search strategy and brand voice
- Collaborate with designers to develop compelling visuals for blogs, newsletters, social posts and contributed content
- Support the creation of dashboards and performance reports to track and evaluate content effectiveness
- Maintain and update the company website, including publishing new content, optimizing images and managing SEO metadata
- Draft and schedule social content for the CEO and bink using AgoraPulse or a similar tool, coordinating reviews and publishing
- Ensure marketing supports key company initiatives such as hiring announcements, partner content and conference promotion
- Keep the team page and content archives current on the website
Who you are:
- A strong writer and editor who can quickly adopt a brand’s voice and tone
- Detail-oriented, proactive and organized with the ability to manage multiple workstreams at once
- Comfortable working independently in a fully remote setting with strong asynchronous communication skills
- Experienced in B2B content marketing strategy, creation and measurement
- Proficient in SEO fundamentals, content formatting and content publishing workflows and working experience in GEO fundamentals
- Able to give and receive feedback constructively and work collaboratively with teammates and leadership
- Able to write on behalf of executives with accuracy and sensitivity to tone, voice and reputation.
- Familiar with content marketing tools and practices and always looking for ways to improve outcomes and processes

- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Experience creating or managing dashboards for content performance
- Background in internal communications, HR communications or employee engagement
- Experience with life sciences, biotech or healthcare marketing
