About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Online Assistant to join our team. This is a varied role that covers order processing, customer service, and managing our online shopping and marketplace presence. It’s a fantastic opportunity for someone eager to learn and grow, with potential for progression within the business and expansion into social media and digital marketing responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

Order Processing

  • Picking, packing, and preparing orders for dispatch.
  • Liaising with couriers to arrange collections and deliveries.
  • Booking couriers and ensuring timely dispatch of orders.
  • Keeping customers informed about their deliveries when needed.

Customer Support

  • Handling enquiries via telephone and email in a professional, friendly manner.
  • Resolving issues promptly to maintain excellent customer satisfaction.

Online Shop Management

  • Overseeing platforms such as eBay and Amazon.
  • Ensuring product listings are kept up to date.
  • Adding new products, descriptions, and images when required.

Future Growth Opportunities

  • Supporting social media management (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.).
  • Assisting with digital marketing campaigns and promotions.

Skills & Experience

  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
  • Confident using computers and online platforms.
