Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to our executive team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in managing schedules, handling correspondence, and ensuring smooth daily operations. This paid position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with strong organisational skills and experience in office administration to contribute to a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain executive calendars, scheduling appointments, meetings, and events efficiently
  • Organise and coordinate travel arrangements, including bookings and itineraries
  • Handle incoming calls with professional phone etiquette and direct inquiries appropriately
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools
  • Perform data entry tasks accurately within various systems such as QuickBooks and other relevant software
  • Maintain organised filing systems, both digital and physical, ensuring easy retrieval of documents
  • Assist with general administrative duties including photocopying, scanning, and mailing
  • Support special projects as required, providing logistical assistance where necessary
  • Liaise with clients, vendors, and internal teams to facilitate effective communication and operations
  • Assist with social media and marketing activities
  • Helping with office maintenance activities

Qualifications

  • Proven administrative experience in any setting
  • Skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace applications or ability to learn quickly on the job
  • Familiarity with social media marketing is desirable
  • Organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
  • Proficient in typing with a good command of keyboard shortcuts for efficiency
  • Excellent phone etiquette and professional communication skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining a positive attitude
  • Prior clerical experience or background in office administration is advantageous

Pay: £13.45-£15.55 per hour
