Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. The successful candidate will provide high-quality patient care, support medical staff, and ensure the well-being of patients across various clinical settings. Duties
- Deliver comprehensive nursing care to patients in accordance with established protocols and standards.
- Monitor patient health status by assessing symptoms, vital signs, and medical histories.
- Administer medications and treatments accurately as prescribed by physicians.
- Assist with diagnostic tests, procedures, and patient examinations.
- Educate patients and their families on health management, medication use, and post-discharge care.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop personalised care plans.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in compliance with legal and organisational requirements.
- Ensure infection control standards are adhered to at all times.
- Support the organisation’s commitment to patient safety and quality improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a clinical setting, preferably within hospital or community care environments.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Strong communication skills, demonstrating empathy and professionalism when interacting with patients and colleagues.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in fast-paced environments.
- Knowledge of current healthcare legislation, policies, and best practices in nursing care.
