Role Overview
This is a performance-based opportunity for individuals who want control over their income and a clear path to progression within a structured outbound sales operation.
You will start by booking qualified meetings via cold calls using our systems, scripts, and lead data. Callers who demonstrate consistent performance gain access to higher volume campaigns, client work, leadership roles, and closing opportunities.
This is not a traditional salaried role. Progression and earnings are determined by results.

Typical performance once ramped:
- ~3 qualified meetings per day
- £4,000 – £5,000 per month for consistent performers
Higher earnings are available through increased volume and progression.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Cold calling UK businesses using our dialler, scripts, and lead data
- Booking qualified sales meetings (no closing initially)
- Working with full-time availability (target ~150 dials per day)
- Accurately logging call outcomes in our CRM
- Reviewing performance data and improving week over week
You’ll begin on internal campaigns. Only callers who demonstrate consistent performance are assigned to live client work.
Training, Tools & Support
We provide everything you need to perform and improve:
- Dialler, CRM, scripts, and lead data
- Structured onboarding and script walkthroughs
- Daily team catch-ups for practice, feedback, and coaching
- Live call reviews
- Detailed performance analytics showing:
- What’s working
- Where bookings are being lost
- What to focus on next
This setup allows beginners to ramp quickly and experienced callers to sharpen performance.
Progression Path
Progression is performance-based and earned through results, consistency, and reliability.
Stage 1 – Appointment Setter
- Book qualified meetings
- Get paid per result
Stage 2 – Senior Setter / Team Lead
- Take ownership of campaigns
- Support and coach newer callers
- Earn commission on your team’s output
Stage 3 – Closer / Revenue Partner
- Close deals for clients
- Earn a percentage of closed revenue
There is no time-based promotion. Advancement is based purely on output and leadership ability.
Who This Role Is For

Cold calling or sales experience is helpful but not required.

- Ongoing Work & Progression – proven performers move into long-term roles
Only callers who demonstrate booking ability and improvement progress beyond the trial.
