Remote Program & Outreach Coordinator (Part-Time)

Position Overview
We’re seeking a friendly, organized, and proactive Remote Program & Outreach Coordinator to support our online programs and help families discover meaningful learning opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate scheduling, student intake, and daily operations across online programs
- Communicate with parents and students via email, chat, and video calls
- Host or co-host info sessions, orientations, and webinars
- Track attendance, prepare summaries, and follow up with families
- Use AI tools to analyze data, generate reports, and improve workflows
- Collaborate with instructors, mentors, and guest speakers
- Support marketing follow-ups (email reminders, confirmations)
- Represent Integem positively and professionally
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in program coordination, education services, or customer support
- Excellent communication in written and spoken English
- Proficiency in Google Workspace and Excel
- Strong organization and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of the U.S. education system and college admissions
- Friendly, proactive, and comfortable working with families online
