Hiring an autonomous, inclusive and customer-centric to represent L’Oreal Luxury Division brands at Sephora. Makeup, fragrance and skincare knowledge is a plus. A passion for client service and the beauty industry is a must.

L’Oreal Luxury Division is looking for a product expert, providing friendly, professional and knowledgeable service to all clients within Sephora Ontario West retail locations.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Client Service
- Determine the client’s needs and suggest relevant products by listening to the client, and by leveraging product knowledge from provided brand trainings
- Assist and consult during branded events
- Merchandising and Operations
- Ensure safety and tidiness standards are respected and maintained at all times.
- Communicate inventory issues/concerns to Supervisor(s), Assistant Manager(s) or Store Manager.
- Ensure compliance with sampling policies and procedures.
Must be able to work and drive at any of the following locations in Ontario:
- Etobicoke
- Mississauga
- Milton
- Kitchener
- London
- Burlington
- Guelph
- Oakville
- Hamilton
- St. Catharines
EXPECTED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Self motivating and excited about the beauty/cosmetic industry
- Experience in make-up artistry
- Comfortable in engaging clients
- Ability to multi-task, while providing professional and outstanding client service.
- Effective time management, problem solving and communication skills.
- A High School graduate or equivalent.
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and holidays is essential.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Physical Requirements:
Work in a fragrance filled environment.
Lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
Bend and stretch to stock shelves.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $19.00-$25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 8 – 25 per week
