Job Summary
Brunel Airport Chauffeurs Ltd is a long-established and TfL-licensed private hire operator, providing professional airport and chauffeur services across Greater London. Due to business growth, we are expanding our operations team.
Job Title: Transport Planner
Location: Hayes, UB3
Salary: £32,000 per year
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Sponsorship: Skilled Worker Visa sponsorship available for eligible candidates
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and allocate daily transport jobs to drivers efficiently
- Monitor live journeys and resolve any operational issues quickly
- Maintain records for driver and vehicle compliance with TfL regulations
- Provide strong communication between customers, drivers, and management
- Produce operational performance reports and suggest improvements
- Support dispatch operations, customer service, and scheduling tasks
- Maintain accurate digital records and reporting formats
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of office or customer service experience (required)
- Good IT skills (MS Office and dispatch/booking systems preferred)
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Highly organised and able to manage workload independently
- English level equivalent to IELTS UKVI (B1+) or above
