Panel Beater , You will be responsible for repairing the damaged vehicles, then following the job card to repair each vehicle to the original condition using all the Thatcham methods and Vehicle manufacturer specifications made available by our Vehicle Damage Assessing Team.

We have secured new Contracts which is going to keep our volume increasing alongside our current work streams partners acquisitions and major growth We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Vehicle Damage Assessor to join our team. As a Vehicle Damage Assessor, you will be responsible for accurately assessing and documenting the damage to vehicles and providing repair estimates. Your expertise in upselling, mechanical knowledge, cash handling, and exceptional customer service will contribute to the success of our organization.
“`Responsibilities“`
– Assist All Of Our Bodyshops with Assessing Damaged vehicles when required , this will be at least two sites per week.
– Inspect vehicles to assess the extent of damage
– Document and photograph damage
– Prepare accurate repair estimates
– Communicate with customers regarding repair options and costs
– Upsell additional services or repairs as appropriate
– Coordinate with insurance companies for claim processing
– Maintain accurate records of assessments and repairs
– Provide exceptional customer service throughout the assessment process
