Overview

20four7VA is seeking offshore independent contractors to deliver remote services to clients worldwide, with a primary focus on developed markets such as the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, and Australia.

The client seeks a driven, structured, and persuasive Recruiting & Appointment-Setting VA to handle high-volume driver recruitment activities for Amazon DSP and FedEx operations. The VA will focus on outbound calling, lead qualification, and interview scheduling, ensuring consistent candidate flow during the busiest peak season. This role requires excellent English communication, outbound call experience, and strong organizational and data-entry skills.

The objective of each engagement is to assist the client in improving business efficiency, enhancing service delivery, or supporting operational functions through high-quality, task-specific services rendered by a qualified contractor.

Scope of Services

Contractors will be required to provide services that align with the following client tasks:

  • Conduct 75+ outbound calls per day to driver leads from Indeed.
  • Vet resumes prior to outreach to ensure candidates meet MVRK’s qualifications and requirements.
  • Prequalify candidates using structured screening questions.
  • Engage applicants with a short, persuasive 20–30-second pitch to secure interview attendance.
  • Ability to schedule and coordinate in-person interviews within a tight turnaround—typically within 3 business days of candidate outreach.
  • Maintain enthusiasm and professionalism on every call; “sell the opportunity” to drive attendance.
  • Book interviews into designated time slots using Google Calendar or Calendly.
  • Add each candidate’s resume to their calendar invite and track confirmations.
  • Follow up with candidates to reconfirm attendance within 24 hours of the scheduled time.
  • Coordinate with internal recruiters to update daily headcount goals and attendance results.
  • Log all candidate activity in Indeed and Google Sheets (lead source, contact date, status, scheduled time).
  • Update lead tracking sheet daily with disposition (qualified / not qualified / scheduled / no-show).
  • Input candidate resumes and relevant notes into shared files or CRM once implemented.
  • Maintain organized, accurate, and up-to-date records of outreach performance.
  • Maintain target lead-to-interview conversion rate (key success metric).
  • Track daily and weekly outreach numbers (calls made, interviews booked, show rates, hires).
  • Collaborate with team to continually improve scripts, templates, and qualifying questions.
  • Adhere strictly to the DSP’s compliance and recruiting guidelines.


Each engagement is based on a defined scope of work and is governed by an independent contractor agreement. Services must be performed professionally, with adherence to any timelines, guidelines, and deliverables agreed upon in writing.


Skills

The Contractor must demonstrate proficiency in the following, depending on the Client’s requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in recruiting, telesales, or high-volume outbound calling.
  • Prior experience with driver recruiting or logistics staffing strongly preferred.
  • Proven ability to book appointments and convert leads into confirmed interviews.
  • Comfortable with making 75+ calls/day and managing rejection professionally.
  • Excellent communication skills with strong English and confident phone presence.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated under minimal supervision.
  • Proficient with Indeed, Google Sheets, Google Calendar, and Calendly (preferred).
  • Familiarity with structured data entry workflows.
  • Tech-savvy, fast learner, and comfortable working in multiple platforms simultaneously.
  • Proficient in Indeed (lead management and sourcing), Google Sheets (lead tracking and KPI reporting), Google Calendar/Calendly (interview scheduling and confirmations), RingCentral or similar outbound calling tools, and Gmail for email communication.

KPIs:

  • Leads contacted per day (goal: 80–100+)
  • Interviews scheduled per week (TBD by client)
  • Lead-to-interview conversion rate (TBD by client)
  • Interview attendance rate (TBD by client)
  • Lead-to-hire ratio (target improvement from current 10–12%)


Work Schedule

  • Contracted Hours per Week: 40 Hours
  • Scheduled Working Days: Monday through Friday
  • Daily Working Time: 9 AM to 5 PM EST.

Note: The Company will make reasonable efforts to align the Assigned VA’s schedule with the Client’s preferred hours as set forth above. However, availability may vary based on time zones, capacity, and the contracted hours set in this SOW. Any changes must be mutually agreed to in writing through a revised SOW.

Terms of Engagement

  • Contractors will operate under a Master Services Agreement and a Statement of Work
  • This is not an offer of employment; contractors are not employees of 20four7VA or any client
  • All compensation is processed through 20four7VA according to the terms of the engagement
