Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Virtual Customer Account Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This remote position involves managing client accounts, providing exceptional customer support, and ensuring client satisfaction through effective communication and data management. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, be proficient in Microsoft Office, and have experience in call center or customer service roles. Multilingual abilities and bilingual proficiency in English and other languages are highly desirable to serve our diverse client base. Duties

  • Manage and maintain customer accounts through data entry and regular updates
  • Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat channels
  • Conduct outbound calling to follow up with clients, gather feedback, and promote services
  • Assist clients with inquiries related to account information, billing, and service options
  • Utilize strong phone etiquette to handle inquiries professionally and efficiently
  • Support sales initiatives by identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling services
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions using Microsoft Office tools and CRM systems
  • Analyze customer data to identify trends, issues, or areas for improvement
  • Handle cash transactions accurately when applicable
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless client service delivery

Requirements

  • Proven experience in call center, customer support, or client services roles; sales experience is a plus
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and another language is preferred; multilingual skills are highly desirable
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and professionally
  • Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and data entry software
  • Demonstrated outbound calling experience with effective phone etiquette
  • Ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
  • Strong analysis skills to interpret customer data and provide insights for service improvement
  • Experience with cash handling and typing accuracy is beneficial
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with a focus on customer satisfaction and relationship building

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $5,000.00 – $6,000.00 per month
