Overview
We are seeking reliable and detail-focused individuals to join our team as Virtual Life Insurance Specialists. In this role, you’ll support clients with life insurance-related inquiries, assist with coordination and documentation, and help ensure a smooth and professional experience throughout the process.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist clients via phone, email, or chat with general life insurance questions
- Support and organize client information and required documentation
- Track account progress and follow up to ensure timely completion
- Coordinate with internal teams to support an efficient client experience
- Maintain accurate client records in internal systems
Background & Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience in insurance or customer support is helpful.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Comfortable working with spreadsheets, CRM, and collaboration tools.
