Overview
We are seeking reliable and detail-focused individuals to join our team as Virtual Life Insurance Specialists. In this role, you’ll support clients with life insurance-related inquiries, assist with coordination and documentation, and help ensure a smooth and professional experience throughout the process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist clients via phone, email, or chat with general life insurance questions
  • Support and organize client information and required documentation
  • Track account progress and follow up to ensure timely completion
  • Coordinate with internal teams to support an efficient client experience
  • Maintain accurate client records in internal systems

Background & Skills

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Prior experience in insurance or customer support is helpful.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Comfortable working with spreadsheets, CRM, and collaboration tools.
