AII Medicine is seeking a reliable and professional Virtual Medical Receptionist to manage incoming phone calls and support our patient-facing operations. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, customer-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer and manage incoming phone calls in a courteous, professional, and timely manner
  • Schedule, confirm, and reschedule patient appointments
  • Verify patient information and accurately document interactions
  • Route calls appropriately to clinical or administrative staff
  • Provide general information about services, office procedures, and next steps
  • Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations
  • Support smooth day-to-day communication between patients and the care team

Required Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a medical office, call center, or customer service role
  • Excellent verbal communication and phone etiquette
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize calls, and work independently in a virtual setting
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet, professional work environment

Preferred (Bonus) Qualifications

  • Experience using Tebra (formerly Kareo) EHR
  • Background in customer service training or onboarding new staff
  • Familiarity with medical terminology and appointment workflows
