Summary
We’re seeking motivated and organized individuals to join our team as Account Representatives. In this entry-level role, you’ll assist in managing client relationships, coordinating account activities, and ensuring top service delivery.
Job Responsibilities
- Communicate with clients via phone, email, or chat to provide updates and resolve inquiries
- Support account managers with scheduling, documentation, and reporting tasks
- Maintain accurate and organized client information in company systems
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient workflows and client satisfaction
- Track and follow up on account activities to meet deadlines
Requirements
- Experience with customer service, account management, or client support is a plus

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
