Summary

We’re seeking motivated and organized individuals to join our team as Account Representatives. In this entry-level role, you’ll assist in managing client relationships, coordinating account activities, and ensuring top service delivery.

Job Responsibilities

  • Communicate with clients via phone, email, or chat to provide updates and resolve inquiries
  • Support account managers with scheduling, documentation, and reporting tasks
  • Maintain accurate and organized client information in company systems
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient workflows and client satisfaction
  • Track and follow up on account activities to meet deadlines

Requirements

  • Experience with customer service, account management, or client support is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
